The LCI is a thirty-five item profile that
provides managers and supervisors with a mechanism to assess
the effectiveness of their leadership style in changing times.
The items cover seven critical areas:

• Providing

• Generating
Ideas
• Maintaining
Balance.
Participants receive a total score and an
individual score in each category. The power of the tool is its
ability to springboard a discussion of leadership style, and to
enhance receptivity to new skills. The Inventory is used in
training programs and has been integrated into the Leadership
in Times of Stress and Change online training program.
