Online Assessments
The PowerSource Profile (PSP): A thirty-four item assessment that allows individuals to determine their energy preferences for perception (either grounding or logic) and interpretation (either logic or relationship). The PSP quickly helps individuals identify the specific skills to better manage stress and change, and to get along more effectively with others at work and at home. When used in a training program, the Profile sets the stage for
participant-centered skill building activities and exercises leading to the creation of a personal change plan.

Among the advantages of the online assessment are:
