Mark J. Tager, MD

Dr. Tager is President of ChangeWell. For two decades, he has been a leader in creating unique programs that build upon the powerful connection between health and productivity. He is widely recognized as a dynamic and engaging presenter and speaker. His clients have included Fortune 100 companies, as well as government agencies and non-profits. Dr. Tager received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Duke University. He served as Director of Health Promotion for Kaiser Permanente in Oregon. He was the founder of Great Performance Inc., a leading human resource training company that was acquired by Times Mirror. Dr. Tager has co-authored six books including Leadership in Times of Stress and Change (with Dr. Harry Woodward), PowerSource, Working Well: Managing for Health & High Performance (with Dr. Marjorie Blanchard), Planning For Wellness, Designing Effective Health Promotion Programs, and Whole Person Healthcare.

Harry Woodward, Ph. D.

Harry Woodward, Ph.D., is a management consultant, author, trainer and speaker who works primarily in the areas of change, leadership, innovation and learning. A recognized expert in the area of change management, he is co-author, along with Dr. Tager of the Leadership in Times of Stress and Change program. In addition to consulting, Dr. Woodward has developed and implemented programs and seminars for such clients as IBM, General Motors, AT&T, Chase Manhattan Bank, The Mayo Clinic, Nike, American Family Insurance, Dun & Bradstreet, Marriott, DuPont, Hewlett Packard, American Express and the State of New York. He spent eleven years with Wilson Learning Corporation heading up the development of new products in the areas of leadership-management and quality-service. Dr. Woodward speaks nationally and internationally on the subjects of change, learning and humor. He is co-author of the books Aftershock: Helping People Through Corporate Change and Navigating Through Change.

Konstantin Von Vietinghoff-Scheel

Raised in Germany, and living in Belgium, Von Vietinghoff is an organization psychologist who oversees ChangeWell activities in the EU. For the last twelve years he has created workplace health promotion and employee assistance strategies for multi-national companies. His clients have included organizations such as Exxon Chemical International, Chase Manhattan, Procter & Gamble, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Levi Strauss & Co., and others. He has created training programs for human resource and safety managers in areas such as harassment, critical incident management, and stress and change management. For the last ten years he has served as the chair of the Business & Industry section of the ICAA, and has helped develop guidelines to be adopted by the Commission of the European Union. He is completely fluent in German, English, French and Dutch.

Tarane Sondoozi, Psy.D. Master TrainerDr. Tarane Sondoozi is a graduate of the doctoral program in clinical psychology from United States International University in San Diego, CA. She has over 27 years of extensive experience in clinical and organizational settings developing and providing trainings that foster "Interpersonal Competence." She serves as an Employee Assistance Specialist and Adjunct Faculty for the Center for Learning at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA where she presents the Powersource along with other trainings she has developed to enhance professional relationships, customer satisfaction, organizational and team functioning.
Dr. Sondoozi has worked with individuals and groups in all levels of health care, legal, manufacturing, Government and private organizations. She is a sought after motivational speaker and has presented nationally. She provides her services in both English and Farsi.
